With their new naming convention, it seems to me that there's a very nice slot for a "Nexus 3". Hopefully such a device wouldn't feature inferior specs like the s3 mini.
Sure, but are there any "flagship" Android phones with a screen smaller than 4.6 inches? Even with Cyanogen you're still making compromises at the smaller sizes.
