I thought this was a role that ACM Queue was supposed to serve. I guess I missed the distinction between Software Engineering and Practice.

Thanks for sharing this. I have a blog post draft that seems like it might be an appropriate submission, I'm not sure if it's too basic or not, but it has universality. There are certain questions that I think every software engineer should be asking during the design process.
