"fanless" seems like unnecessary hyperbole. The heatsink is a fan, which is cool enough that it doesn't need to be oversold.


It's also not "silent", but rather "quiet". Marketing overload.


Also, anyone that never turns off their computer would know that 'stopping' isn't required for dust to build up on the fan blades, dust will quite easily build up on even moving parts.


Impellers probably aren't technically fans, but I agree with you.
