I was expecting this to end with the usual "using this to treat patients in clinical settings is at least 10 years away" (read: probably never) but this one is actually available now it looks like, although it's very pricey at $3-4000.


I have a degree of tinnitus, but also another thing where I am near a noisy fan and I can hear music from random genres. It's quite pleasant. I hope to combine the two into tinnitus based music.


I'm probably one of the few who actually enjoys my tinnitus.

It acts as white noise and can focus on it to drown people out.

If I can't sleep, I just focus on it and past out.
