Edit: apparently it doesn't. ESP32 however does. Why is the major use case for going S2/S3/C3 again ? Seems regular ESP32 has it all, and price is excellent.
ESP32 is pretty old and will reach EOL "soon". At least when you are thinking on larger scale and long product lifecycles. You wouldn't design it in for a product you start developing now and want to put into the market by the end of next year for at least 3 to 5 years. Also things get better. You really don't want to release a product next year that still sits on Bluetooth 4.2 for example.
