Out of the mentioned titanium dioxide might make a comeback in the EU:

It was a relatively new addition to the list, only ruled as too dangerous in 2019.

As for the other chemicals: if something is banned in China and India you might want to take note. Both countries have ample experience with companies attempting to put questionable additives.



I really don't get it with titanium dioxide. It only has a cosmetic role, why take the gamble...

If it turns out to be bad we fucked millions of people for... having something slightly whiter

If it turns out not to be bad we just get things slightly whiter


Because in the current system of production that’s swallowing the globe, the only thing that matters is driving sales growth.
