As a job seeker/potential applicant— nothing turns me off more than to deal with low-level HR types, much less an obvious ai interface.

Sadly, more and more actual hiring managers are completely divorced from the recruiting process.

Is it any wonder they cannot find good people.

Everyday looks like its drawing closer to a cyberpunk dystopia economy. Pretty soon we will all be cogs in a hive city of the imperium.

There are recruiting companies that have been using AI bots for (at least) 3 years. I am not going to name names, but I have used one as a hiring manager in the past to fill openings.
