You've started since 2019, give this lifestyle few more years and take proper rests.
Take a break atleast for few days in minimum 3-4 months, Never exceed 6 months for taking that break. Burn out is real, get's you messed up in mind if you don't take enough breaks.
Some people like to play the game of How Much and How Far. You can tell young people all you want that it's a game of Fuck Around and Find Out, but nobody believes it'll happen to them until they're dealing with the consequences.
