OKR are about the reason you get paid. The main reason they pay you seems to be to put out fires, so something like "Put out fires before things go bad" should be your OKR. If you did a good job putting out fires you get a high score.
So many here say "OKR doesn't match what I really need to do", the answer is then always "then write down what you really need to do/focus on as your OKR". If your manager complains ask him "would you rather I work on this project instead of fixing a fire when a situation happens?", if he says yes then you should stop fixing those fires it isn't your job, if he says no then he should be fine with it being a part of your OKR's.
