I have a feeling that Ernő Rubik (the creator of the Rubik's Cube) should be on that list, except that he didn't move to the US. He's 77 now.

Since we are talking about ethnicity here, I've heard that Rubik's father's ethnicity was Armenian. I don't have a link, though.
