I've already decided to set up a VPN so I can make sure I have a secure tunnel regardless of where I am and what connection I'm on. I've thought about giving my parents legal access to my bank accounts as well, as I figure it would most likely be easier for them to handle deposits and transfers from home, than it would be for me from wherever I happen to be.

Actually that's a great idea, I added someone else to my bank accounts and they saved me several times.
