I love how everyone is throwing fuel on the fire here with no actual details as to what happened in the accident. It could simply be she ran out into oncoming traffic and got hit. Hard to say a human driver could have performed any better. The devil is in the details.

Agreed. We need a lot of time to digest this. At least anything before the NTSB investigation is jumping to conclusions.
