I alway wondered why so many people (not saying you're one of them) get mad at being charged for misclicks and bots.

It all averages out.

You bid $3 a click because your conversion ratio is x, and paying $3 is worth it. Even if 90% of the traffic is bots, it works out. If Google filtered out all the bots, the conversion ratio for you and your competitors would go up, and your competitors would be willing to pay $27 per click and you'd outbid at $30, being at the exact same result at the end of the month spent for the exact same results.

For me, $3 a click would've worked for some projects, but $30 would not work for sure. Knowing that it's $30 and not $3 before the start of some campaigns, I would've saved some money. I instead paid that money to Google for this lesson.

The problem is when your competitors get the idea to spam your campaign with fake traffic, which is a real thing that happens.

Just an FYI, these drugs don't actually cause erections or sexual excitement. They simply make erections easier.

Now, if someon is mildly excited by other bodybuilders but usually not enough to make it known, yes Cialis could cause 'movement' as George Costanza put it.

But if you're not into what's in front of you, Cialis isn't going to change anything.

...then please throw a 20mg Taladafil and go to the Gym - good luck! :-D LOL

For all the downvoters:

While Taladafil does not have a psychotropic effet (like Extacy, MDMA etc.), just the friction of your sport clothes may be a problem for your "experience", and visiting the sauna afterwards will be very likely somehow problematic if sauna guests match your preferences, to put it in a diplomatic way ;-)

You shouldn't be creepily ogling the gym baddies anyway no matter what you're on. Tadalafil is perfectly fine in the gym or the sauna as long as you control where your attention goes.

I have to take Tadalafil daily as my urologist prescribed it and have no issues going to the gym. I lift weights and exercise regularly.

Another thing is that overtime your body adjusts to the side effects. I used to get headaches or stuffy nose, those are gone now.

In any case, always take medication under the guidance of a doctor and don't mess with the dosage!

Do not know if everyone got the verbal mixture message: Taladafil is not for going to the Gym, but for having a great time with your partner - if you go to the Gym while in the timewindow, you might have some issues due to the effect of it ;-)

My sentence was never about "use Taladafil to get stronger in the Gym" but more about "do not drop it before you are going to the Gym" ;-)

Apart from that: Effects after Taladafil on your "back pain reception" my be included, as it has an effect on especially skeleton muscles etc.

If you're doing the gym right, you don't have the energy to ogle anyone, anyway.

If you buy the common reliable gas engines, and stick to timing chains, you really don't have to do much. Our 4runner has 260k miles and hasn't ever had anything done but engine oil, trans oil, and differential oil. Trans and diff oil will still be done on electric cars.

I have a 300k Ford F250 gas that also hasnt had anything done basically.

And while for trucks the electric vs gas is huge, my Chevy Volt costs per mile about the same to operate on gas vs electric, because electricity is $0.46 a kwh in my California region.

> And while for trucks the electric vs gas is huge, my Chevy Volt costs per mile about the same to operate on gas vs electric, because electricity is $0.46 a kwh in my California region

For you.

Here in Canada gas is 4.90 USD /gal. (Diesel is 5.45)

Electricity is 0.093 USD / kWh. And it’s all from hydro.

Literally every tradesman in town has an F150 lightning because for fuel alone it’s about 1/4 the cost of any gas or diesel pickup. No oil changes just increase the savings.

I’m in a very snowy mountain town and EVs are booming. It will go insane when BYD etc are here any day.

>Literally every tradesman in town has an F150 lightning because for fuel alone it’s about 1/4 the cost of any gas or diesel pickup.

I thought ford killed the lightning because it didn't sell?

They killed it because they didn’t know how to build it without losing money on every sale.

It sold like hot cakes.

Their new smaller EV pickup is designed and built by a bunch of ex-Tesla folks to try and build it inexpensively so they can turn a profit. It’s the model Y of 5 years ago.

Anecdotal evidence notwhithstanding, EVs have much lower long-term maintenance costs. See eg,

https://www.energy.gov/cmei/vehicles/articles/fotw-1190-june...

https://advocacy.consumerreports.org/press_release/electric-...

On electricity costs, California is an outlier---most people in the US pay less than half that $0.46/kwh, more like $0.15-0.20/kwh.

https://www.eia.gov/electricity/monthly/epm_table_grapher.ph...

So for most people in the US, an EV will cost half what an ICE vehicle costs to operate.

It was made with zero artistic intent, so it has zero value. If you sat down a talented art student that cared, they could prompt AI to make something artistically interesting to watch.

I sold cars for a living so I pay attention to randoms in cars more than most probably. The amount of people (mostly women) sitting WAYYY too low in their car is shocking. I don't know how they can even see most of what's near in front of them.

The way too close to the steering wheel also shocks me, but I guess with that one theyre going to just hurt themselves.

When id sell a car, or even on test drives, I'd try to help them adjust the seat to a sane position but most people that do it wrong seem to be pretty set in their ways and don't want to change it even with some friendly advice and showing them the seat goes way up. It's almost like they don't like looking bigger in their car or something.

I worked in car sales. Most of my coworkers drove drunk once a week or more. So basically I've seen 10+ people drive drunk 100+ times, and no doubt they do it more outside my view. No one ever had an accident.

Right, the drunk drivers never had an accident, until that night they kill some other family of 4.

For sure drunk driving increases your odds of an accident. But people make it sound 3-4 beers and you're bound to have an accident. We should be more honest about it.

What a weird straw pile to die one. No one is saying "four beers and you're guaranteed an accident". They're saying "drive drunk and you are a piece of shit, don't do it ever ever ever". There's no room for nuance here because the targets of this advice have lethally impaired judgement. Wiggle room will be exploited by people too drunk to know better, which equals preventable death.

Most people would not describe the observable behavior of someone just over the legal limit as drunk.

The police sure would. And when people these days talk about drinking and driving, most of it IS the 4 beers after work they're talking about.

The crazy drunkard having stiff drinks at a bar and then driving home after almost falling over walking to his car is pretty rare.

But you're right, in the context of the OP I was responding to, he probably did mean real drunkards being more popular back then.

Those are real tech IMO. Consumer media type software isn't 'tech', at least not regular useful software sense. That would be like calling addictive drugs and slot machines an innovation or technology.

The Ukrainian executed 100k Polish civilians not too long ago, but I'm sure now they are angels.

You’re not a Konfederacja voter by any chance?

I’m so fucking embarrassed to be Polish and hear this populism bullshit from Nawrocki and any other compromised russian shill.

You know who killed our people? The fucking russians. Remember when the bad guys came from Berlin? The other bad guys came from Moscow. Don’t forget that.

For anyone unsure what this throwaway account is talking about: when he says “not too long ago” in a discussion about a war that is happening literally today, he’s talking about 1943. If this isn’t a bad faith argument from an antagonist, then I don’t know what is.

Stop. The whole thing is ridiculous from simple historical perspective. Poland was razed down, pillaged, 'visited', 'saved', enriched and whole host of other euphemisms over the course of its hundreds of years of various types of existence by a rather long list of conquerors.

<< when he says “not too long ago” in a discussion about a war that is happening literally today, he’s talking about 1943. If this isn’t a bad faith argument from an antagonist, then I don’t know what is.

Sigh, it is not bad faith. If anything, it is bad faith to pretend past did not happen.

Nobody is pretending this didn’t happen. Least of all the Ukrainians.

They literally celebrate the group that did it, tofl this day. Zalensky recently had a medal/award rescinded by Poland because of it.

Please assume that the people you are talking to you are not ignorant.

In this case, I believe I am substantially more up to date with both Ukrainian and Polish politics than you are. From your comments, it appears your knowledge on the topic is superficial at best.

Hmm, lets assume you know more than anyone on this board regarding Ukrainian and Polish politics ( you may well do that ). But this only confers knowledge upon you, but not, for lack of a better term, wisdom and understanding. I do not suggest I am a paragon of the latter ( or the former for that matter ), but I know just enough to know evasion ( 'Nobody is pretending this didn’t happen. Least of all the Ukrainians.' ), when I see one.

I'm not assuming you are ignorant. More like wrong, or misinformed, or corrupt, or an enemy of good people, or stupid.

Polish estimates are closer to 20k, btw. And Polish forces executed thousands of Ukrainians as well during the same events.

Also don't forget russians executed 22k Polish prisoners of war in 1940 and lied about it for decades.

Germans killed millions of Polish citizens - but they are good people now, not like Ukrainians who are holding back russians? Russians who are casually invade neighbors once in a while and committing atrocities

Hmm, it is mildly fascinating that it has to be said. Germans in government typically don't celebrate the adherents to the events that Poles were subjected to. Ukrainian government on the other hand uses lets call it something of an ambiguous framing to make it charitable. Similarly, Russia was saving Poles from WW2 ( all while effectively enforcing its particular brand of crazy upon the land ).

Now, Ukraine is absorbing Russia's onslaught ( and that is something Poles benefit from even if they don't admit it ), but lets be clear. They ( Ukraine ) are not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts.

> Similarly, Russia was saving Poles from WW2

I have to remember to stop trying to use euphemisms on the world wide web.

>Germans killed millions of Polish citizens - but they are good people now, not like Ukrainians

Germans condemn what they did, the Ukrainians are making Pantheon[0][1] of their war criminals who committed genocide[2].

Do you also inform Jewish people about the lower bound estimates of their people killed, or only Polish people?

You're conflating better for apple (and shareholders) with better for the country overall.

The US economy has been one of the best performing economies ever, which has been great for the country overall. Deeper economic ties with other super powers is also a pretty good at keeping the peace. While there are some specific issues, it's hard to argue it hasn't been good for the country overall.

In terms of the country's overall health I think you could argue we've sold industrial capacity for wealth, and it's too early to say if it was a good trade. Reliance on China for Rare Earth Minerals is commonly referenced, [1] but China is in general a major supplier to the DoW, which negatively hampers our ability to for example credibly deter an invasion of Taiwan. Arguably Post WWII Pax Americana, which relies on industrial capacity, has kept the peace more so than economic interdependence. For example Pre WWI Germany and the UK were each others' largest trading partner, and a conflict was argued to be economically unthinkable. [2]

It also increases the immiseration of those in the areas replaced[3], which is likely a contributor to rising populism and political instability. Most of this malaise is just hidden in places like the Rust Belt.

Best performing for whom?

If the type of prosperity you want to point to is "stock market go up," we need to talk about who owns the stocks and who doesn't.

It's been good for everyone. Quality of life in the US has risen with GDP.

"Let them eat growth!"

You say that like economic growth hasn't led to cheaper food.

We used to actually have starving people in this country, now we talk about "food insecurity".

Ah, so now the bar has fallen to "people aren't literally starving (yet)." Amazing.

Yes, "People aren't literally starving" is incredible progress for humanity. Progress which has coincided with the incredible wealth creation (not transfer, those things are different) of modern times.

Would you prefer to go back to a time were people were literally starving?

This argument, better articulated by Thomas Hobbes, would be right at home in 1651 were it was busy justifying the economic mismanagement of that time as well.

And what argument are you making? That starving is good?

No, that you should advance your thinking past the 17th century.

No, the bar has risen to "people aren't literally starving (anymore)." Amazing.

Pretty sure that's a rise of the bar, not a fall.

Not with Trump in power, most of our allies are looking for other places to do business.

You make a great case for state capitalism, comrade!

So you happen to be a rare example of someone that buys a new car recently, and you live on a narrow road, and you like to do a semi rare act when wide cars approach. And that has shown you a bit of the EU insanity. Now imagine just how many rules/regulations like this there actually are that you just aren't the aware of. It's insane.
