Microsoft closed the skype api a few weeks ago :(

Much sads.

Given some of the posts elsewhere in the thread, that automated warning system isn't foolproof, so more info is better.

Any reason you replace, rather than insert alongside?

I like the sporadic messages, but placing them roughly a minute of reading apart as [posture] reminders would make me more likely to use it ;p

No reason. I like the idea of randomly inserting them.

Either or that, or just meaning 'firefox and change'.

I read that as F.lux being incorporated somehow, and was very confused :P

It isn't really the normal use for it, but I made my own subreddit for this - I only use it as a personal repository of information, but it would suit pretty much all of your requirements, and it has stats on usage etc built in :P

This went over my mind, but I've read about other people using a subreddit for that. Indeed, it looks like a nice option - free, can add content (using markdown!), other people can comment/vote on it, easy searchable.

Dvorak, and a compressed format with vertical key spacing - tbh if I were learning a keyboard format from scratch I would probably use colemak instead (fits my key distribution slightly better, but both blow qwerty away).

As to the keyboard, I really like the movement of enter/backspace, and arrow keys/home/end etc.

I really like the way this works - much less disruptive to jump in and out.

Any reason you cap WPM at 666, and always default to 400wpm? I want to go fasterrrr :)

edit: I made my branch do this, are you interested in contributions?
