It's really so nice to see this kind of business. Kudos to the whole team. I personally feel that you can't take on starbucks, as starbucks is not juz about coffee, but also an place to sit, meet with people along with coffee. So wheelys got to do something about that, at least couple of seat for customers to sit down and have a sip.

well said! most of the AWS products are literally have minor diff. point and literally over complicating things. I feel they want to keep it that way.

Definitely you are lucky. I personally feel an co-founder should be like a natural selection. Their is no right or the wrong way, if their is an mutual flow, things going to work great.

But the Hagoromo brand's followers / value / awareness can't be open sourced it got to be earned.

My thought is, first sit with your family, explain them what you are going to do and how things will be go in the long run. Only when they understand and with their support you will be able to fully focus on your company and it's growth.

have you tried it? how is the performance at the singapore dc?

Hardware-wise, you'll be using the same spec hypervisors that are in all of the other datacenters. Network-wise, it's difficult to get consistent, low latency connectivity to the entire Asia Pacific region, but we're already doing pretty well with that and we're working hard to be one of the best. I'd recommend checking out a speedtest to see if it works for you. If it doesn't, check back again in the future, because we're making constant improvements.

Thanks for the points, we are planning to give a try for our next project.

I personally feel developer is not about technology, but we should be aware of how in earlier times people behind the technology inventions have lived, worked to bring up great things what we are currently used. So my one of the oldest and my personal fav. is :
