Tory, Tim, and I crafted this app to fill a need in our own lives. Managing long-term fitness progress is difficult. We built Fitness Totals to emphasize weekly, monthly and yearly activity totals and make them available in beautiful, customizable widgets. It will help you stay active and motivated by comparing your progress to last week, last month and last year!

Fitness Totals calculates totals based on data from the Apple Health app.


Then after that just go to the App Store, search for Catalina, and install it.
