I have been using pip since 2014 and did not know about the constraints. This solves my issue with sub-dependency version pinning!

I work in a devops role, and I also have the flexibility to work on fixing things that management does not deem a priority, typically when I get bored with my assigned tasks. I am much more motivated when things actually get done vs. revisiting the same problem over and over.

Yeah, something amiss with old(er) versions of Firefox. I see a gray screen, but if I click on the (?) help, it will glitch the display... FWIW it works in IE11.
