Just from the video you can gather that there's much more than just a visual upgrade. The fact that you can apparently just rob random stores, that there seems to be specific ways to open cars (so different cars, different difficulties?), the variety of activities, and the pnjs that seem to remember you, etc. I was afraid it would not live up to the hype, but now I think it just might

I was honestly surprised, I was really expecting that it was at least from a ps5 pro. Even the 30fps did not shock me

Not really true considering they say that the super secret "research internal model" that was pivotal, is particularly optimize for that purpose exactly

> The internal-only research model is comparable in scale to GPT-5.6 Sol and was trained to advance persistence and multiagent collaboration, among other capabilities

This is unenforcable ; if humans can read for free you should consider machines can too. This is the whole decades-old cat and mouse of websites with paid APIs and scrapers

I don't understand what's the point of this ? Seems like a project whose whole reason to exist is to name it, rather than an actual problem in need of a solution

I think the biggest issue is actually even further that these ones: it's the population itself. Overpopulation has been a huge driver, and it's a problem without a solution ; but it's still too absent from the conversation, especially because the system and the economy rely a lot on the population growing.

But i agree, in absence of a good solution for this part, the next best thing is a change of habits for the people.

Population is predicted to reach a peak and then start declining according to all the modelling I have seen so overpopulation is not a problem without a solution.

And the vast majority of that population is not consuming most of the energy. India's per capita consumption is less than one tenth of that of the US [1]. Even though they have three times the population they still consume less than one third of what the US does.

JetBrains actually HAS done this, and made a protocol out of it: https://www.jetbrains.com/acp/

Weirdly a lot of the come from company that sell Ai credits in some capacity, and who are also selling (or will soon) some kind of AI gateway or router

The output yes, but do you produce the impact and value of 3 engineers? I have seen this workflow being toyed with too, and I find it to produce massively overengineered stuff that actual people don't really wanna use

He only spot checks 1000s loc diffs, so probably has no clue.

Sounds like you are describing a platform, not an OS.
