If you're waiting around for motivation to exercise, you will never succeed. It needs to be a habit. You need discipline.

From the public health perspective, zoomed out far enough, motivation and habit are the same thing. You want people to do X; which factors hurt and which help?

I provided myself motivation by mounting a monitor to my stationary bike so I can play video games on it. I get a minimum of 210 minutes of cardio a week from it.

Actually it's great.

>but when 90% of it ( after filtering out politics ) is people talking about the platform itself,

Fix your feeds then. I don't have this issue

>Nobody, absolutely nobody is blocking you or anybody else from buying tons of veggies and fruits, raw meat etc. Its cheap, cooking with it is trivial to reach cca average restaurant level of taste and one controls fully what final meal is composed of.

Are you not familiar with the concept of food deserts?

Translation: Anthropic is taking on more debt.

Good. And while they're at it, the $273b off-balance sheet debt they're trying to obfuscate
