How often developers encounter performance issues coming from the slow framework, so they need to switch to a fast one? Which one is the slow?

In my case, the number of times the bare request->router->response cycle has been the bottleneck is exactly 0.

What happened with the "above the fold" rule, that we put important info where the user don't need to scroll. I clicked through some of them and I only see huge titles with parallax.

I guess it's the same in most of languages. If you raise a general exception with a custom message you'll have to check the message not it's type.

This whole "I accept these cookies" is broken from the beginning. First of all, why they want to use any of those cookies which are not needed? Use a session cookie, so I can be logged in and I can access to the data and page, but the others are nonsense.

Also, I would accept one cookie, which stores that I don't accept other cookies.
