You can't be serious. Not only is sexism the opposite of your supposed equality, it should never be tolerated in the workplace.

It's not equal if someone is the butt of jokes, and comments and jabs are directed at one person because of a feature that they have.

Because people in tech have never been the butt of jokes from the rest of society.
